Complimentary Delivery on Orders Over R 750
Every order with a cart subtotal of R 750 or higher automatically qualifies for complimentary nationwide door-to-door courier service. For orders under R 750, a standard flat fee of R 95 applies.
1. Dispatch & Processing Window
All in-stock orders received before 12:00 PM on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) are carefully inspected, hand-packed in protective luxury packaging, and dispatched from our Johannesburg fulfillment center within 24 hours.
2. Transit Times Across South Africa
- Major Metropolitan Areas: 2 to 3 business days (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein).
- Regional & Outlying Towns: 3 to 5 business days.
- Remote & Farmland Locations: 4 to 6 business days.
3. Live Real-Time Tracking
As soon as your shipment is collected by our courier partner (The Courier Guy / Dawn Wing), a tracking link and Waybill confirmation will be dispatched directly to your registered email address and mobile phone via SMS.
4. Signature & Delivery Inspection
For high-value electronics and smart wearables, all deliveries require an in-person signature upon receipt. If the outer shipping box appears physically damaged or tampered with, please note this with the courier driver immediately before signing.
