Orders are processed and dispatched from our Johannesburg hub within 24 hours. Main metro areas (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban) receive parcels in 2–3 business days; regional towns take 3–5 business days.
If you are not completely satisfied, notify our concierge within 14 calendar days of delivery. As long as items are unused in their original presentation packaging, we will arrange return courier collection.
